Welcome to idfiCard! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the idfiCard website and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Services

  • Digital Profile: The Service provides a platform for users to create and manage a digital profile. Access to advanced features of this platform requires an active subscription.
  • Physical Cards: We sell physical NFC and/or QR-enabled cards that link to your digital profile. The purchase of a physical card includes a complimentary 2-year subscription period.
  • Subscriptions: Subscriptions provide access to the digital platform's features, including analytics, profile customization, and linking physical cards. Subscriptions can be purchased or renewed separately. If your subscription expires, your public profile and associated QR codes will become inactive.

3. User Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("Content").
  • By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for your Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent that your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

  • All prices for products and subscriptions are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
  • Payment is processed through third-party gateways like PayU and Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • This policy applies only to physical card orders.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days within India. International shipping times may be longer.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information on the "My Orders" page of your dashboard.
  • idfiCard is not liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs inspections.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you have an active subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining period.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall idfiCard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
