Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations for products and services purchased from idfiCard. We aim for clarity and fairness in all our transactions.

Physical Cards (NFC/QR)

Cancellation: You can cancel your order for a physical card for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please visit the "My Orders" page in your dashboard or contact our support team with your order ID.

Returns & Refunds: Once a physical card has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the personalized nature of the product and for security reasons. The digital link to your profile is unique and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your card arrives damaged or is defective upon arrival (e.g., the NFC chip does not work), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost after verifying the issue.

Subscription Services

General Policy: Payments for subscription services (including the initial 2-year subscription bundled with a physical card purchase and any subsequent renewals) are non-refundable.

Reasoning: When you purchase a subscription, you get immediate access to all premium digital features, and this access is maintained for the full duration of the term. Because these digital services are provided instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a payment is made.

No Pro-rata Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled before their expiration date. If you choose to delete your account, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any remaining period.

Billing Errors: If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed on our end.
