IDFICard Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 18, 2025

All purchases made for IDFI Cards and related digital services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction or change of mind, once an order has been processed.

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the company:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error (verified through transaction records)
  • Product not delivered within 30 days from order date, and customer has made reasonable attempts to contact support
  • Any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
